The Hall of Champions Gallery commemorates the lives of disabled athletes Terry Fox and Rick Hanson.

Description:
This cultural facility is devoted to the display of historical and modern crafts that are said to combine the best aspects of art with function and purpose. The works of local, national, and international artisans include pottery, textiles, glass, jewelry, and baskets. Rotating exhibitions along with displays from the permanent collection are scheduled each year. Crafts are sold in the Gallery Shop. From September through May, the museum is closed on Tuesdays.

Description:
Located in Langley Airport, about an hour from Vancouver, this mostly outdoor museum includes such vintage aircraft as the Tiger Moth, Sopwith Camel and Avro Canuck. The 3D-exhibits explain how planes fly and feature a World War II supply plane, the Lysander. The museum also has an extensive collection of books and pamphlets related to aircraft and the history of flight.

This fascinating space museum features a series of hi-tech learning systems and interactive exhibits that include Virtual Voyages and a flight simulator. The Cosmic Courtyard is an exciting exhibit about the solar system, and Ground Station Canada showcases the achievements of Canada's space program. The Gordon Southam Observatory, which is located next to the main museum building, is a planetary complex open for stargazing. General Admission includes unlimited shows in the H.R. MacMillan Planetarium and GroundStation Canada, unlimited time in Cosmic Courtyard, and 1 ride on the Virtual Voyages Simulator.

Description:
This museum was once the company store for a lumber operation as well as Vancouver's first post office. It is the oldest building in the city and is set in a little park next to the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club. On display are old muskets, clocks, early clothing, and native baskets.
